Avonlea Gardens & Inn is a family-owned nursery and inn in Chardon. Owners Amy and Joe Goletz focus on native plants and hope to share the importance of planting natives to support our native wildlife. Avonlea offers sun- and shade-loving perennials, shrubs, trees, vines, annuals, herbs, and succulents, as well as service with a smile.
Meadow City opened a native plant nursery on Cleveland's east side in 2023. All of their plants are native to northeast Ohio and grown from locally-collected seed. The pots are plastic free, and peatlands are protected by the use of peat-free potting soil.
